Koni swim is an ethical luxury swimwear brand, handmade in the Bali. 

NAME MEANING

Koni means “Pangs of Love.”  

Koni has a deep desire for a stable, loving family or community and a need to work with others and to be appreciated. 

Koni tends to be a powerful force to all whose lives they touch. They are capable, charismatic leaders who often undertake large endeavors with great success. They value truth, justice, and discipline, and may be quick tempered with those who do not. If they fail to develop their potential, they may become impractical or rigid. 

KONI SWIM MISSION

The mission of Koni is to create a swimsuit that feels good, looks good but also is good. Each swimsuit is handcrafted in the Bali

How it looks good: up to date trend research, high quality fabric and elastic, sustainable color, hugs the body just right. We strive to create timeless yet trendy pieces that are perfect for your trip to Italy

ABOUT THE DESIGNER AND FOUNDER 

Meet Naomi Ortiz, the creative force behind Koni Swim a brand where passion, quality, and purpose come together.

Growing up in an athletic family, Naomi was the creative outlier, drawn to fashion from a young age. Her love for bikinis started with summers spent playing sand volleyball, collecting swimsuits like others collected outfits. She pursued fashion design and business, determined to blend her love for creativity with entrepreneurship.

During the COVID lockdowns, she taught herself to sew bikinis, turning a passion into a brand. For three years, she personally handcrafted every piece, committed to slow, ethical, high-quality fashion. As Koni Swim grew, she partnered with artisans in Bali to maintain the same level of craftsmanship and care.

Now, entering its fifth year, Koni Swim is a reflection of Naomi’s s journey one of adventure, resilience, and following your dreams
